What the app does
- Shows live prices for ten pairs — BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB, XRP, DOGE, ADA, AVAX, LINK and TON — from Bitget's public market data.
- Draws a real-time candlestick chart with five timeframes: M5, M15, H1, H4 and D1.
- Lets you double-tap the chart to set a price alert at that exact level, and drag the line to fine-tune it.
- Lists the levels you are watching, with the percent distance to the current price.
- Rings an alarm through a push notification when the price reaches one of them.
- Runs the price and the chart immediately on launch, with no account. Only the list of price levels needs one, because that is data belonging to a specific person.
Frequently asked questions
How do I set a price alert?
Double-tap the chart at the height of the price you want to watch. An alert line appears right there. Put your finger on that line and drag it up or down to adjust; the level is saved when you lift your finger. You can also use the Add alert button, and double-tap any row in the list to edit its price or note.
The guide inside the app walks through this step by step — tap the ? button at the top of the main screen.
My phone does not ring when the price is reached
- Check that you are signed in — without an account the device is not registered for notifications.
- Settings → Notifications → BTC Radar: turn on Allow Notifications and Time-Sensitive Notifications.
- Check the silent switch on the side of the phone. With the phone on silent, iOS does not play notification sounds — this is an operating system limit the app cannot work around. (On Android the alarm channel is allowed to sound even in silent mode.)
- Check that the level is still enabled in the list.
The alarm keeps ringing
A level with repeat turned on keeps reminding you until you press the red STOP button in the app, or for at most 30 minutes. Open the app and the button is right there in the middle of the screen.
Note: stopping the alarm only silences it this time — the level still exists and will alert again next time the price reaches it. To stop it for good, delete the level (the × on its row, or the delete button on the ringing screen).
It plays the default sound instead of the alarm
Only price alerts use an alarm sound. Each level can use one of five sounds — open the level and tap a row to pick one and hear it. If you have just updated the app, delete and reinstall it: iOS only reads sound files from the installed build.
The price is not moving
The app reads prices over a direct connection to Bitget. Losing or switching networks interrupts it; pull down to refresh, or close and reopen the app.
How do I change the language or the coin?
Tap the gear icon at the top of the main screen. You can switch between English, Tiếng Việt and 한국어, and choose which pair the chart follows. The language is set inside the app, so you do not need to change your whole device.
How do I delete my account?
Inside the app. Scroll to the bottom of the main screen and tap Delete account, just below the Log out button, then confirm. This permanently deletes your account, every price level on it, this device's notification registration, and your display preferences. You do not need to email us or contact anyone.
